By creating an account or using GiftsByCrypto.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. The Platform is not available in restricted jurisdictions listed in our AML/KYC Policy.
The Platform (a) sells digital gift cards purchased from users, delivered by email, and (b) purchases gift cards from users, crediting their Platform wallet. GiftsByCrypto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any gift card brand; all brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. One account per person. We may require identity verification (KYC) at any time.
Prices are face value minus 5%; the total is locked for the payment window shown at checkout. Orders are fulfilled after required blockchain confirmations. Codes are delivered to the email you provide — you are responsible for entering it correctly. Codes are one-time digital goods; invalid-code claims are handled under the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy (24-hour window).
Selling is additionally governed by the Seller Agreement & Fraud Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you must own the card lawfully, the code must be unused and at full stated balance, and you must not use, share, or redeem the code after submission. Payout is face value minus 10%, credited when the card sells or within approximately 72 hours.
Wallet balances are denominated in USD and may be spent on the Platform or withdrawn to a cryptocurrency address or bank account you provide. Withdrawals may be subject to fees, minimums, verification requirements, security holds, and manual review. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of withdrawal addresses and bank details; blockchain transactions are irreversible.
You may not: submit stolen, fraudulently obtained, or already-used cards; redeem a card after submitting it for sale; use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose; create multiple accounts to evade limits; attack, scrape, or automate the Platform; or transact on behalf of undisclosed third parties.
If a card you sold is found invalid, partially used, or fraudulently obtained, we may reverse the associated credit from your wallet ("clawback"), suspend or terminate your account, withhold balances pending investigation, and share records with payment partners and law enforcement.
Our fees are the 10% seller deduction and withdrawal fees shown at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your activity in your jurisdiction.
Gift cards are issued and honored by their respective brands; the Platform does not control brand-side account restrictions, regional locks, or redemption policies. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Cryptocurrency values are volatile; we are not responsible for market movements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may close your account any time after withdrawing your balance (subject to holds). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes are notified by email.
