Every gift card sold on GiftsByCrypto is balance-verified before listing. If a code you purchased is invalid, already redeemed, or carries less than its stated balance, you are protected.
Report the problem from My Purchases → Problem with this code within 24 hours of delivery, with details of what happened when you tried to redeem. We verify every claim, usually within 24–48 hours.
A replacement card of the same brand and value (when in stock), or a full refund to your Platform wallet — spendable immediately or withdrawable.
Claims after the 24-hour window; codes redeemed successfully and then disputed; brand-side account restrictions or regional locks caused by redeeming outside the card's stated region; codes shared with third parties before redemption; delivery email typed incorrectly by the buyer (contact support immediately and we will try to help, but a code delivered to a valid mailbox cannot be recalled).
Unpaid orders expire automatically after the payment window — nothing is charged and the cards return to stock. Paid orders for delivered digital codes cannot be cancelled. Underpayments: top up the difference within the window, or the paid amount is credited to your wallet. Overpayments: the excess is credited to your wallet automatically. Payments arriving after expiry are credited to your wallet in full.
