Yes. Codes are delivered to the e-mail address on the order; you can forward the code to the recipient or enter their e-mail at checkout. Please make sure the card's region matches where the recipient will redeem it.

Gift cards are tied to a country or store region (for example Amazon US vs Amazon India). A card can only be redeemed on an account registered in that region. The region is shown on every product page — double-check it before you pay.

Minimums are set by the crypto network you pay with (small amounts may not cover network fees). There is no fixed maximum, but large or unusual orders may be held for a quick manual check to protect against fraud.

Blockchain confirmations take a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the coin. If the order is still pending 30 minutes after your wallet shows the transaction as confirmed, open a ticket with the order number (GBC-…) and the transaction ID — we will locate the payment and release the code.

Underpayments: send the missing difference to the same address before the payment window closes, or the amount you paid is credited to your wallet. Overpayments: the excess is credited to your wallet automatically and can be spent or withdrawn.

Report it from My Purchases → Problem with this code within 24 hours of delivery, describing what the brand's site said. Every card is balance-verified before sale, so if a code is invalid, already redeemed or short on balance you get a replacement or a full refund to your wallet.

Unpaid orders expire on their own — nothing is charged. Paid orders for delivered digital codes cannot be cancelled or returned, because the code has already been revealed to you.

Refunds are credited to your wallet — spend them instantly on any gift card or withdraw them to your bank or crypto wallet.

Claims after the 24-hour window, codes redeemed successfully and then disputed, region locks caused by redeeming outside the card's stated region, codes shared with third parties, and delivery to an e-mail address typed incorrectly by the buyer.
