By submitting a gift card for sale on GiftsByCrypto, you agree to the following.
You are the lawful owner of the card and obtained it legitimately (purchase, gift, or promotion). The code is unused and carries its full stated balance. The card is not stolen, purchased with stolen payment methods, obtained through phishing or scams, or subject to any third-party claim. You have not shared the code with anyone and hold no copy you intend to use.
The code is encrypted and held by the Platform. You must not redeem, use, share, or attempt to recover the code after submission — doing so is fraud. Verification takes up to 48 working hours. You are paid face value minus 10% when the card sells, or within approximately 72 hours if the Platform purchases it directly.
Credits appear in your Platform wallet and become withdrawable after a short security hold (24 hours from crediting). Withdrawals follow the limits of the AML/KYC Policy.
If a buyer's valid claim shows the card was invalid, partially used, or used after your submission: the credited amount (plus any replacement cost) is reversed from your wallet; if your balance is insufficient, your account is frozen until settled. Deliberate fraud results in a permanent ban, forfeiture of related balances to cover losses where lawful, and referral of evidence — including your verified identity, IP records, and blockchain addresses — to law enforcement.
Cards may be rejected for failed balance verification, unsupported brand or region, suspected fraud, near expiry, or duplicate submission. The reason is shown in My Sales. A cryptographic fingerprint of every submitted code is retained permanently to prevent resubmission.
We may pause buyback of any brand, adjust accepted brands and limits, and decline any submission at our discretion.
